History of Georgetown Roofing, Inc.
Georgetown Roofing, Inc. (GRI) is a service disabled veteran owned small business and was incorporated in Virginia in March 1979 and has operated continuously under that name since its inception. Starting as a small company, we have grown into a firm capable of tackling any size roofing project. We are located in Hyattsville, MD in a fabrication subsidiary, Precision Architectural Metals, Inc. (PAM). PAM holds a patent for unique and cost effective roofing perimeter detail.
Expertise
GRI has installed roofs in size from small residential repairs to the compete installation of 130,000 square foot metal and membrane roofing project at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center in Arlington, VA.
Insured and Guaranteed
More than 500 major roofing projects have been completed by GRI. We have earned the status of Carlisle "Centurion" for having installed 100 "Perfect 10" roofs that were inspected and warranted by Carlisle SynTec Systems. Our firm is licensed in Maryland, The District of Columbia, and holds a Virginia Class "A" contractor's license. We carry five million dollars of liability insurance and can provide payment and performance bonds.
